This rich and delicious salami is a collaboration with Sweet Grass Dairy using their Asher Blue Cheese. We fold this amazing Blue Cheese into our Pastured Pork, organic garlic and spices to make one of the most decadent flavor profiles your taste buds will ever explore. Pairs well with honey or a deep, rich blackberry comfiture. Pairs beautifully with deep bodied reds, loud lactic stouts, and thick tongued aged whisky.
