Uncured 'Nduja

Soft and Supple Salami with Developed Spices, some smoke, and a bit of heat. This is a unique salami that can be eaten as a smear on crostini or baguette. It pairs quite well with soft ripened cow, sheep and goats milk cheeses accompanied wonderfully well with Rose and dry White Wines.
