Uncured Soppressata

A garlic and red wine salami, one of the most recognizable varieties of Italian varieties. This jack of all trades is equally suited to provide a light, aromatic heat to charcuterie boards, sandwiches, and pizzas. Pairs well with Havarti cheese or a fresh Mozzarella or Burratta, garden fresh tomatos, and an oaky Charodonnay or balanced Grenache.
