Our signature bacon is where it all began.

We start with locally raised pork belly, cure it by hand with a blend of spices and Georgia sorghum syrup, then slowly smoke it over hardwood until it's rich, smoky, and perfectly balanced. A finishing coat of toasted black pepper adds a subtle warmth and depth of flavor without overpowering the natural sweetness of the pork.
