Inspired by classic Polish kielbasa, our Polish Sausage is handcrafted week-to-week using a rotating combination of quality meats, which may include beef, veal, pork, or a blend depending on what inspires us in the kitchen. Each batch is carefully seasoned and slowly smoked to create a rich, savory sausage with a satisfying texture and deep smoky flavor.
