Uncured Cubed/Sliced Calabrian Recipe Pancetta

A Classic Italian Whole Muscle Fat cut into lardons for cooking. Marinated in Organic Garlic, Sea Salt and covered in Calabrian Chiles and it is then slowly cured and dried for 4 to 6 weeks in our curing cave. / This Diced Whole Muscle can be used on Pizza, Pasta, Sauces and Pairs wonderfully well in any pairing or cooking that you want to add a rich buttery spice to. Accompany this meat with Deep Red Zinfandels and Medium bodied red wines.
