Uncured Sujuk Salami

Made with our blend of Humanely Sourced and Pastured Beef and Lamb, we toast cumin and blend it with Organic Garlic and Georgia Sumac. A true way to differentiate your charcuterie offerings. This salami offers a uniquely delicious way to provide a pork-free option on the menu as well. This rich blended salami pairs wonderfully well with most soft ripened cheeses and especially well with aged sheep’s milk hard rind cheeses. Partner with Deep Bodied Reds like Zinfandels and Cabs but will also hold up against Rose in the summer time. For a beer pairing Porters and big Farm-house Ales will make a great accompaniment.
